SVP, Development & Operations - Co-founder
Joe is the Senior Vice President of Development & Operations and Co-Founder of PowerStack Microgrids. With extensive experience in real estate project development and industrial operations, he leads projects from concept through commissioning. Joe specializes in aligning client needs with resilient, cost-stable solutions, and delivering large-scale energy systems that enhance both operational continuity and long-term value.
VP Sales
Mike brings over 20 years of proven expertise in energy solutions and mission-critical infrastructure solutions. Throughout his distinguished career, including sales leadership roles, managing global datacenters, and engineering roles, he has specialized in transforming how Fortune1000 companies approach energy strategy for critical operations, with a particular focus on data centers, and manufacturing facilities.
Director, Project Development
Austin brings over a decade of C&I solar and storage expertise to PowerStack. He oversees project design, estimating, financial analysis, and procurement, drawing on experience in development, business development, and technical sales. NABCEP PV Technical Sales certified, Austin believes an obsession with detail during preconstruction is essential to building high-performing energy assets that exceed customer expectations.
Director, Project Delivery
With a decade of energy industry experience, Ryan began his career in renewables as a solar installer, quickly learning the electrical trade and progressing to high level project management. He brings the team an additional three years of experience in environmental compliance consulting and geotechnical engineering. Ryan is PMP certified and works on complex energy projects from coast to coast.
Project Manager, West
Marco is a C-10 Master Electrician, IBEW certified, with more than 20 years of experience in power generation, industrial instrumentation, and controls. As Project Manager at PowerStack, he oversees the installation and performance of complex energy systems. His career includes expertise in troubleshooting, calibration, and project delivery across utility, industrial, and renewable energy facilities.
