One hundred days ago, PowerStack Microgrids moved from planning into action. What began as a concept within The Gould Group has become a working, growing energy platform—built to deliver reliable, cost-effective power when and where it’s needed most.
These first months have been a blur of activity. We established our Sun Valley office, integrated systems, built new digital tools, and brought together an experienced team of energy professionals under a single roof. Today, PowerStack is fully operational—managing more than forty active projects totaling over thirty megawatts of distributed generation and storage capacity.
What makes that especially meaningful is how it happened. We didn’t start from scratch—we started with experience. The Gould Group’s existing energy talent and active project pipeline became the foundation for something new: a focused, technology-agnostic microgrid company built to move fast, deliver efficiently, and provide clients with practical, bankable energy solutions.
Over the last hundred days, our team has advanced on-site generation and storage projects across multiple industries—from logistics and manufacturing to cold-chain operations and industrial parks. Each project brings its own challenges, but all share the same purpose: to give our clients more control over their energy future.
We also launched www.PowerStackGrids.com, giving PowerStack a digital home and a clear public voice. The site, along with our LinkedIn presence, tells our story in plain language—how distributed power can strengthen resilience, reduce operating costs, and create new opportunities for growth. Behind the scenes, we standardized our processes, improved tracking and reporting, and built systems that keep projects organized, transparent, and on schedule.
Just as important are the partnerships we’ve built along the way. In our first hundred days, PowerStack formalized key relationships that expand our capabilities in renewables, battery storage, and demand-response. These partnerships allow us to offer full energy systems rather than single-technology projects—an integrated approach that gives our clients more flexibility, reliability, and financial strength.
Internally, we’ve been equally focused on culture and process. We’ve implemented advanced modeling and project-tracking tools, defined a step-by-step delivery framework, and introduced an objectives-and-results system that connects individual work to company goals. It’s about building a team that measures what matters and celebrates progress—because results, not intentions, define who we are.
As we look toward 2026, our focus shifts from foundation to scale. We’ll continue building behind-the-meter systems that give facilities resilience and control, while expanding into larger front-of-the-meter projects designed for powered land developments, industrial parks, and logistics campuses. These larger systems extend the same disciplined design and delivery approach to multi-user and master-planned power infrastructure—helping shape the energy backbone of future industrial growth.
The first hundred days proved that the concept works. PowerStack is no longer an idea—it’s an organization in motion, supported by a capable team, strong partnerships, and growing momentum across the industries we serve. We’re sincerely grateful to everyone who has taken our call, shared their time, offered advice, or followed our progress along the way. Your support and engagement have helped us build something real—and we’re just getting started.
